It has continued to evolve in the 21st century, with the development of modern salt therapy facilities around the world. Today, we've refined this concept into the sleek, private, and heated halo session.


This session combines low-intensity infrared heat (around 102°F) to gently warm your body, open your pores, and enhance the benefits of the salt. Unlike higher heat infrared sessions, this temperature allows you to enjoy the benefits without excessive sweating, ensuring the salt stays effective.


During your session, enjoy music, meditation, or even movies! It's like spending a warm summer day by the ocean, feeling the gentle heat and inhaling the therapeutic salt particles.

SAUNA REMINDERS

BEFORE:

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment

  • Hydrate

  • Avoid Alcohol and limit food intake an hour before your sauna session. Your body

    will be able to detox more effectively by not using that energy for digestion.

  • Oil and lotions tend to decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Apply these after

    your session for best results.

  • Wear loose clothing that are easy to slide into after your session.


AFTER:

  • Rehydrate

  • Allow your body to cool down naturally

  • Avoid sudden exposure to cold if you have cardiovascular issues

  • Take a shower to cleanse your skin of any toxins released through sweat

  • Steer clear of alcohol and caffeine post-sauna as these can dehydrate you

    further
